Audit Services

Every facility can use an audit for energy conservation.  ECS provides thorough surveys of existing facilities energy consumption.  Our surveys form the basis of our Energy Conservation Turn-Key service or we can develop RFPs for competitive bidding.

An ECS audit considers every light, energy control, motor, component of an HVAC system or BMS / EMS.  Potential savings from any upgrades that are available will be presented with Line-by-Line Detail, Cost and Savings Analysis, Annual Return On Investment and a Bill of Materials to complete the work.

Our surveys generate proposals related to energy conservation, operational changes or recommissioning of existing systems. 

ECS will work with your operations or engineering staffs to take a complete look at the following system within your facility:

  • Lighting
  • Lighting Controls
  • HVAC Components
  • HVAC Controls
  • Escalator / Elevator Controls

A detailed report will be included for your consideration.  At that time a prudent decision can be made as to whether or not you would like to complete the potential upgrades.

As part of our commitment to customer service ECS will conduct one Free Lighting Audit for clients who are considering an upgrade.  This report will include Line-By-Line Detail, Cost and Savings Analysis and Annual ROI.  


RFP Service


Proposals generated by our audits can either be used to develop projects that ECS can complete as part of our turnkey service or as the basis for Request for Proposals that can be put out to bid. 

In addition to the turnkey service we provide, ECS develops projects for clients who wish to use the survey as a means to competitively bid any potential project.  ECS will provide bid specifications, scopes of work, Line-By-Line details, bills of material and provide installation assistance in the event that ECS does not win the ensuing bid.
